Great stay Positive: Great room and facilities, nice touch with air conditioning Negative: Not a big problem. Would be a 10 if it had black out blinds as very bright even with the curtains drawn

Excellent location in a lovely room Positive: Clean, comfortable, excellent location and bonus of air conditioning in the room. Negative: Although it’s great that parking is provided, I wasn’t comfortable leaving my car in a space there.

I recommend this property. Excellent Positive: Everything. It was spot on Negative: The towels. I recommend to use a conditioner.

Beyond my expectations, had wonderful stay Positive: Just so sparkling ✨ clean and lovely interior and extras that I wasn’t expecting. Excellent location guidebook . I had such a lovely time here and loads of great shops and cafes literally on the door stop. It was easy to find follow key instructions Negative: I couldn’t work out how to use the coffee pod machine but that was mostly me being incompetent!

Ideal base while walking the Ridgeway Positive: Stayed here while completing last stage of the Ridgeway walk. Grace’s guesthouse was the perfect base for a couple of nights. Check in and checkout easy and the room we had was perfect , furnished to a high standard with everything we needed including a coffee machine and fridge. Lots of local amenities inc restaurants, pubs nearby an M&S food hall and the Tring branch of the Natural History museum! Short taxi or bus ride to Tring railway station. Would highly recommend.
